The second bullet in Void's awakened ability states; When Fear Of The Void is active, intimidating presence generates Debuffs xx.xx% faster.
The passive ability to generate intimidating presence debuffs is every 10 seconds, with +4 seconds on the timer if one is already active.
So lets say the signature level has the percentage at 50% increased speed when FOTV is active. Does this mean the debuffs will generate every 7 seconds ((10+4)*0.5) or every 9 seconds ((10*0.5)+4) if one is active.
To me it seems like if one debuff is active and FOTV is active, it should generate a debuff 50% faster overall, not 50% faster on 10 seconds and then add a flat 4 seconds on top of that.
Testing shows that the latter is how this is working in-game.
@Kabam Miike can you confirm with the team the intention of the Void's awakened ability for clarity?
