    Have you tried restarting the app. I know it sounds goofy but sometimes it helps.

    This may seem like a dumb question but are you sure it's in your stash? If it is then try and a hard close to reboot the game and see if that helps. If all else fails then submit a ticket

    You beat me to it with that second picture. Definitely try restarting and see if that helps!
