Is it me only or the t4cc mutant fragments way too rare like off the charts sometimes (just curious)

    Mystics for me... i have 12 techs, a 2-3 and a 3-4 Five star rank up... but no decent tech champs. Always pulling tech cats. The rest are pretty avg, but mystic continues to be rare.
