Hard to say.

If you get hit a lot from debuff champs, he is great.

Bleed on SP1 is great if it sticks, which I find it hardly ever does.

I ranked down my 4* to R3 because all he gets used for here is Arena.

If you don't have a great roster, every champ is good until they are replaced by someone better.

I got him as a 5*, my roster is fine I usually use
STAR LORD , ICEMAN, DOCTOR VOODOO, VISION AND ULTRON

I r4 my unduped 5*, he is amazing, run him with suicides and he shrugs them off, and he does insane bleed damage, he’s helped me against champs that stun, he’s great against void

He is a decent defender in AW I have my 5* duped at rank 3.

Ok for quests , AQ and AW offense but overshadowed by other superior skill champions like Blade and GP.
