Tier 6 ISO?

I was sorting through my stash of ISO while upgrading a couple champs and noticed one of the Filter options was "Tier 6".

I know we get Tier 5 class ISO from duping 3-5* champs (5k each), and can get the 3k Tier 5 basic ISO from quests, but I've never seen Tier 6. Is this something new or have I just been blind?

    There were introduced with 6*s. That's the reward for duping a 6*

    Tier 6 ISO was added long ago, by 100% exploring act 3 u get one tier 6 ISO

    Nop tier 6 iOS has No ben add from atc3 it was tier5 stil but just with more 10k. With we dont get any more just chek op one in it and im mistake But it has not always ben Thah why. It just wirth in after 6 Star coms in

    I'm going to act like that made sense. But what you said is true, you don't get it from act3. It's by duping 6*s.
