If the 2 stars are not in PHC, I am afraid, the costs of units to acquire one will be much much much higher.

2* champs should be in the phc. You know what you are buying when you buy them with units. What would be a fair price for three without 2*? Probably 1000 units. That's between a 3* and 4* crystals.

Also I wasn't sure which way you meant yes and no based on the way you phrased your question. 2* should be in phc and featured crystals you buy with units
