3* Blade maxed

I'm one of the many unlucky people who don't get a 4* from the login crystal,so when I got a 3* Blade,I decided to upgrade him anyways.Well now I'm here,his sig. lvl. is 99,he's maxed his pi is 2,104.Any suggestions on where I could use him best?

    If you already have decent 4/40 4*s or 2/35 5*s then he is at best used for arena or for questing.

    It depends who else you have and what map you are running. I just cannot see a 4/40 3* doing much damage on a harder map in an alliance where prestige is over 3000.
