    Why just these choices? Angela is the best unduped offensive character in terms of she doesn't get much from it. NC is the best unduped on defense since his sig makes him easier.
    Of these 3, Yondu's sig is the least useful IMO

    Normally when people ask questions like the OP I ASSume that they don't have Angela or NC and are simply asking who to invest in without being specific enough to ask.
