The second hit on Red Hulk’s SP2 does not deal any bonus damage. Not sure why this is - all his regular attacks, both hits of his SP1 and the first hit of his SP2 do.

    It's a ranged attack, so I'm guessing that's the excuse there.

    Maybe, but then they should say so in the description. Right now it just says “For each heat charge he has, his attacks deal an additional 18% damage..”
