About war tiers and abandoned alliances

I was wondering if they count for the war tiers. I mean for example 0,10% have the highest multiplier for the war season. Are these empty alliance included in the calculation of the tiers? And if the answer is yes, do you people think it's fair or they steal some places to other alliances meaning less points for them. 1fxchuijz54h.jpg

    Yes. Only on the leaderboard for aw rating, which has nothin to do with seasons ranking or tier

    They aren’t included in ranking, since they have no points, because they don’t play. However they are included in the war tiers, since they do have the war rating.

    Yeah but the multiplier is based on AW rating not on the season's points. So it has something to do with the AW season.
