Can this not be nullified? Is that what the 120% accuracy to regen means? I used morningstar against him and her sp2 didn’t nullify any regen or grant her increased damage on her special 2

    Punisher 2099 could also be good with his auto-heal block, and just lol with Guillotine reversing his regen.

    use Guilley...she reverses region with her S2.

    I think Doc Oc has something similar...not sure though.

    Voodoo is great too because you can covert all his resistance buff to cancel out his regen for the most part. Just spam sp1.

    His regen is horrible. My AA just runs through him like warmed butter

    I did read it. Just missed the passive part. I have no trouble beating him but I brought in Ms hoping for a massive sp2 but that didn’t work out. Still took him down

    I'm going to see if Doc Oc's heal block will turn his regen against him.
