This bug is still occurring although it was labeled as fixed.

To clarify, are you seeing the reduction in Scarlet Witch's Power when activating the "Power Steal" or the "Power Drain" abilities? Keep in mind that "Power Drain" will completely drain both her's and her opponent's power as part of how the ability works.
