Problems connecting to network

I have internet.... thus how I write this post, but 2 different devices that will not load the game anymore, its very random, sometimes its my iPhone X, then I switch to my 10.5 iPad, and it works on the iPad, then a few hours later, the iPad stops working for it, and the iphone works fine, back and forth, but now, neither device works at all..

please advise.
