Ranking 5 star or 4 star?

I have the resources to either rank up my 5* undupe Drux to rank 4 (he is currently rank 3) or rank my 4* dupe Hyperion to rank 5/50. What do you think everyone?
Of course 5 star are better in general, but I was considering how useful Hyperion might be in some missions including Act5.2
