Hulk (Ragnarok) Face Me not working

Part of Face Me is that Hulk is supposed to instantly regenerate 70% of any damage over time effect. However, this ability doesn't seem to be working with Bleed or Coldsnap (that I've noticed) if there are other please comment

    it only works for passive damage over time, such as magik limbo, dorm degen, starburst, mephisto aura...i think that's it...

    That works for bleed but Coldsnap is passive. You get hit as soon as the fight starts

    Frostbite is passive. Coldsnap is a debuff like bleed and poison. Didn't work with that

    Frostbite is not a damage over time effect. Coldsnap bleed or poison are active damage over time effects
