Does the signature ability increase the initial cold snap damage only or every cold snap you apply throughout the fight ?

    The initial coldsnap does more damage and lasts longer. From what I can see in the ability text.

    Iceman’s signature ability level only scales the damage your initial coldsnap does. It doesn’t affect the damage from his l1 and l3 coldsnap.

    The ability text tells you exactly how much damage each coldsnap does.
