Cable's Regen Abilities

Is there any way to trigger Cable's regen during a fight or is it merely a happen if you're lucky deal? I am using an awakened sig 49 4*

    Yeah its not really reliable which is why i was asking if there is a trigger im missing i guess not. Oh well skill it is

    You are right, definitely NOT reliable, for this Cable guy :D

    Beside cable, personally, I like 4* dupped 5/50 X23 bleed stack very much, but after using her for soooooo long, I still feel her regen proc is far and feel and not reliable, maybe I'm just having no luck with the RNG

    Anyway, top regen champs, from less reliable to very reliable, but not including those exclusive champ (e.g. Deadpool classis) ==>
