Anyone saying a 4* medusa over a 5* hypes is out of their minds. Do hypes first then in time you still need medusa rank her up. She’s valuable in the game but not as much as a 5* Hyperion.

Since you already have a 5* Hyperion, might as well go along with your 5* upgrade as your priority. All listed are top tier, and I believe given the time & resources, you'll max all of them out eventually. Good luck and cheers!
