Does this mean our alliance is 9 spots out of the top 1500 alliances to get the gold tier 1 rewards?

It Says gold tier 1 is top 1500 to get rewards. It Says we are too 1509 in alliance leader boards. Does this mean were 9 spots out of top 1500 tier 1 rewards?

Probably yes, we're right on the bubble as well (but for a different tier). At least you're not 1501...
Also, if you're not currently warring you will probably drop down even more as there are still wars that need to finish.

You’re looking at alliance rating which has nothing at all to do with Alliance War season rewards. Look on the season leaderboard under Alliance War Season tab to see your ranking.

Just confusing cause if u click gold tier 1. And scroll down. You cant scroll pass rank 700. So cant see what 701-1500 is

this is the sum of all your alliance member ratings has literally zero to do with AW season score

That chart you showed makes no sense to me our alliance is in 1471 rank but we are in gold 2. And you said gold 1 is 1500.

That's cause the 2 pictures he showed have no meaning to each other

But you know the second picture which shows the actual ranks my rank is 1471 so shouldn't I be in gold 1 instead of gold 2?

No, because the 1471 is your rank within gold 2 tier. If you check your points against the top alliance in gold 3 I bet you are really close to getting bumped down to gold 3 tier.

Unfortunately, that's not how this works. OP was referring to their War Rating, and not their Season Score. You can see where you are placed on the Season's Leaderboard in the Alliance War Menu. Click on the Season Tab at the top of the screen, and then on View Leaderboard.

each bracket ranks 1-the top side of the bracket.

gold 1 is overall rank 301-1500 however the top alliance in gold 1 is shown as 1 and the bottom is shown as 1200 (1500-300)

there are 1499 placings in gold 2 (3000-1501) if you are rank 1471 then you are in danger of falling into gold 3 as you are only 28 places away from the bottom of the gold 2 bracket.
