There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

At the higher levels you are expected to finish your path and Kabam knows this (I play for an ally whose starting prestige is +6000) So now not only in AW are we expected to clear our paths without deaths (and hence even the best are using some items) but also we are now expected to clear our paths in AQ, regardless of the bugs and harder content. This really looks like a desperate attempt to increase revenue, hence the level of complaints is comparable to what we saw with 12.0.
I'm sure they don't want to see anyone go. As for me, I'm over people threatening to walk away just to get their own way.

Lag continues to be a problem. The above video is a clip from today's AW (tier 3). Pay attention to Voodoo's combo from 10-20 hits. I started screen recording close to 5 minutes before doing the fight, did a round of an arena to make sure the game wouldn't lag during AW. I use an IPhone 7 and have Spectrum internet at 50-100+ MB per second. The lag is on Kabam's end, no one can say device or connection caused this.

Key Points: -The game has shifted toward 5* and 6* now. At the same time, you have altered the Featured Crystal so it is more difficult to get our desired champions, which had already been difficult. This introduces player frustration.
-You have also introduced a new monthly event quest that requires more energy, reversing your previous decisions to lower energy costs. No change in rewards. Therefore, it requires more effort for the same rewards, but with the game shift to 5* and 6* champs, these rewards hold less value (as in, a t4b once held more value for a 4* than a 5, when 4s were the focus) than they did previous. More work for less payoff.
-You fail to recognize the Gold Drought. With an increased focus on 5* and 6* champs, with larger gold costs compared to 4* champs upgrades, there is no increase in accessibility to gold. In fact, all solo and alliance events have had their rewards stagnant for over a year--meanwhile the game progresses towards being more demanding on resources. Not only do we have to work harder to scrape by for every resource, but the lack of accessibility is increasingly frustrating.
-AQ: You have made changes that increase difficulty, with once again, no payoff. These changes also require players go alter their playing styles and use different champs. This means that they now require resources to either acquire new champions (which its now more difficult to get specific champs) pr upgrade champs (while resources have been devalued). This enhances player frustration.
-AW: While the introduction of AW Seasons gained interest, it also introduced a lot of stress on alliances fighting for every possible point. Many alliances feel burnt out after this inaugural season's closure. There is now a "breathing room" period since Season 2 did not follow immediately, thus players have went from intense fierce competition to low competition, suddenly.
Conclusion: You have made the bizarre and poorly thought out choice of timing this AW Season end with the above AQ change, shift to 5* and 6* champ focus without increasing resource availability or event rewards, forced us to change champion usage.while making it more difficult to acquire specific ones, and increased the need for player effort while maximizing frustration.
Kabam, you have provided the perfect exit point for many players. I have personally been with this game since it debuted and have devoted countless hours into building up my roster of champions and looking forward to new challenges in the game. Most players will not play the same game their entire life--there will have to be a point to walk away. Electing to intensify player frustration while demanding more of their time, I challenge you to tell me why a player would continue when what you have done is removed the Fun. The game is no longer fun. And you have timed this with the end of the two Alliance modes we were.competing in. You have gave us the perfect exit point. Thank you.
It's true. I've seen people say the same thing with every change that comes. PB, WP, 12.0, War, on and on. Giving feedback is one thing. When people keep saying the same thing over and over, it not only becomes redundant, it loses impact. Always the same response. "People are quitting. People are leaving bad Reviews. Money-grubbing Kabam."
It's been one week. They've commented that they're listening to the feedback and looking at the data from the first week. There's no need to keep posting and venting. We have a Thread that's open on the changes that we can comment on, and threatening to quit is not adding anything constructive or practical to use. They're already listening.
Further to that, it's my personal opinion that if people feel the need to quit after something is changed, they're probably already at that point, and there's not a great deal that will stop them. Otherwise it's just a manipulation tactic.
This was the proverbial back-breaking straw. We're all getting burnt out. We'll still play but no more money/units spent on the alliance stuff.
I usually don't engage you but feel the need this time. Your alliance can't put together 2 battlegroups more or less play at a competitive level. Most of the people venting frustration have seen way more than you. We are taking about two different worlds within the game. For you to comment on what competitive alliances are doing is ridiculous. Most of these issues don't even show up until things get competitive so you might as well be commenting on brain surgery. ..you have the same experience with both. I would be interested to see what your account looks like, where your progress is in the current end game quest content (LOL/act5) and what range your alliance is for AQ and AW. Don’t take it the wrong way but you seem to have against the grain opinions towards everything and I’ve often wondered where your actually at in the game.
When it becomes a threat that people make whenever any change is made that requires adjustment, that's called manipulation. There's a difference between giving feedback and expecting to make all the decisions by threat of leaving. It's their game.
Not some Grand Conspiracy to picket Kabam here. They are just done and leaving the alliances.
Players providing detailed examples to support their points is not making assumptions. Many players have shared thoughts in productive ways in this thread (see link provided by @Mmx1991). There are many members on the forum who intentionally ignore well thought out and constructive points because the alternative to ignoring such points is admitting that they are wrong.
Statements such as "the same reaction we always see" is a tactic often used in politics. Similar to the concept of "ad hominem", or discrediting where an opinion comes from instead of addressing the opinion itself because the opinion itself is valid.
