5 star level up

I’m just looking for some advice on a 5 star to take to round 2 from the picture I have attached.

I’ve just opened the punisher 2099 so haven’t used him and I’ve never had I’m in either 3 or 4 star so he’s new to me. I also have the mutant t4 to take either beast or cyclops to level 3 if they are worth it.

They will probably be used for mainly AW and not as much for questing.

The ultron is already maxed out as far as I can currently take him. I’m waiting for tech t4cc

There was some datamined info, about a Hulkbuster buff, which was mentioned in Reddit. Obviously, *not confirmed* but seems legit. Maybe wait and see. If not, save your cats or go for beast. He's fun to play.

I will have a look at that. I need to do the level up pretty soon though I have got a load of iso and tier 1 Alfa cats going to expire within the next 24 hours
