**Mastery Loadouts**

I think Vision needs a minor buff in the game. Vision should get a type of armor that absorbs the debuffs applied on him and turns it into increased damage. His damage should also increase based on his power levels.

    What's making you say this? I think a lot of folks would agree that Vision is already pretty dang awesome as it stands. There's a lot of old champs that need the buff way more than Vision, that's for sure.
