It's all in good fun. 
We just finished in Platinum 2. We run map 6 a day or so when we feel like it, but we still hit top 300 with 5x5 when we don't. We use Discord for comms because it's better than everything else (they all say that, but you'll understand why if you try it). Most of our team has been together a long time. A few of our long time members are full on retiring from the game. Sad for sure, but at least it gives us a chance to make some new friends. You? We chat a lot, we keep it pretty clean and fun, and we always aim for positive reinforcement and support. Most of our team is a little older for gamers. We have guys from all sorts of time zones but we make it work because we have great management. We don't have event minimums because we have enough grinders and whales to hit most of the milestones anyway. You know the dues.
