Raise Summoner Level

The current max Summoner Level is only 60. Requesting to raise the max level to 99 and continue awarding Mastery Points after reaching certain levels (every 5 or 10). Other rewards included would also be appropriate.

    Gives those that are running out of accomplishments something more to play for. Also, helps distinguish higher level Summoners.

    Yeah, Level 61 should need all XP points that where played Since Level 1.
    So the Level would Take as long as reaching Level 60 but at least there is some thing moving and XP boosters are no longer a waste.
