Archangel Nerf???

I and some other alliance members have noticed that Archangel is not procuring his bleeds and neurotoxin as often. It feels as if he has been nerfed. I want to give Kabam the benefit of the doubt on this because there has been no notice of such a nerf, but this is actually noticeable when I play AA and needs to be looked into.

    I think you just have had bad rng. But, I have had a few fights where I have performed three heavy attacks and only inflicted one stack of bleed. Just bad rng
