resurrector level 1? where is it?

Individual level 1 resurrectors could be obtained at the milestones of some individual missions in 1 month. during this month it disappeared I thought that the update would bring them back. but no. Now we are forced to buy the level 2 resurger for 40 runes. why?? could have removed another object but why the resurector and force us to spend ???

    They were replaced with the shards. when the shards are removed, the revive will be back
