Stuck

Me and friend where playing dungeons and we got stuck in there for 4 hours could get out and of course chat wasn't working so I installed game well not knowing what my friend was doing or if he was out of dungeons reinstalled seen he was online sent message to him he's was still stuck in there this was 4 hours later so I told him to uninstall game not sure if he did because my in game friends I try and send anyone but him a message it's his mail box Im not sure what's going on please help

    Just wanted let you guys know I ended having to have to do a factory rest on my device because I couldn't get the files from download of my device not sure what was going on there
