Is this a bug?

As this got deleted immediately cause I apparently called someone out by simply saying why have I been paired and keep getting paired with people that are many steps behind me? Like I understand a little back drop but this is pointless like not only I’ve just wasted like 10 minuets I now can’t use these guys till tomorrow? This was like dungeon 4 or 5 I just don’t understand lol

I think it is based on the dungeon you choose and they choose. So for example if you fight down (say dungeon 4) and they fight up (select dungeon 4) then you have a chance to get matched up with them.

I got paired running 4/40s with a dude that had 5/50s and 4/55s. I selected dung 5 and I am guessing he fought down to dung 5. He wasn't complaining when we completed room 5 and got over 3k points though lol.
