Promo for google card

@Mike, I tired doing this the proper way by raising a ticket and the support closed the ticket without checking into the issue. I purchased a google card for 50 dollars on 4/26 and then went to purchase Black Panther package. Well I received the units but I never received the promised crystals and energy. I dont like airing your laundry but if you say you are going to do something please follow through. If any additional information is needing please reach out to me.

It's not a Kabam thing it's a Google issue you shouldn't be here asking you should be asking Google

Google does not control Kabam, this is a developer issue. Plainly the serial number was not added into the Kabam server which allows the promo items to be release to the user.
