Not really, if u check the image there's a timer icon going down, just happens to be that the soul icon overlaps it...

Could you give us some more information about the issue? Where were you seeing this? Is it in the Trials of the Mad Titan? Is the Brute Force icon missing, but the effect still taking place? Please give us a little more context in order to investigate if there is an issue.
