Uncollected 4* champ Reward

You know how we can get a 3* champ when completing the Event Quest Normal Difficulty, What if Kabam gave us that "same" champ but a 4* Version for Uncollected. For example This Months Normal Difficulty Champ is Stark Spidey; Uncollected Difficulty Reward will Have a 4* Stark Spidey. A suggestion I feel is Reasonable because uncollected can be VERY difficult at times especially This Month With Thanos ans last months Guillotine was Vicious lol. What you guys think?

    sounds ok, anyone finishing uncollected 100% is not gonna become OP, due to getting a 4*. im sure most people are 100% uncollected with a mostly 5* R3 roster.
