    None of those are even close to worthy of a science gem. Maybe if you are referring to cap ww2 there's a small chance, but even he probably isn't worth it any more. The best candidates are probably void, hulk, gulk, rulk, luke cage, and og spidey if ur absolutely desperate for a defender.
