What is the appropriate way to report a player that I suspect used some sort of mod or third party software during war?

    Thanks for taking the time to ask about this; if you ever suspect someone of using mods, you can report them directly to a moderator on the forums via a private message, you can report it directly to our Support Team. (Keep in mind that calling anyone out on the forums would be against the forum rules though.)

    You can reach Support from within the game by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". You can also reach them through this link.

    Once you've sent in your report, they will open up an investigation into the claims. Just remember that we will not be able to discuss details of someone else's account, including the results of the investigation but we will take appropriate action based on what they find.
