This is the issue! They will not tell you, and they will not remove them from the alliance.

So you are stuck in a **** situation of them still being in the ally and no one knowing who it is!

@Kabam Miike I told you this was a huge issue! Please can you sort a solution out, no one needs to be named and shamed on the forums but at the same time, the leader needs to be told at least or just auto remove the member from the ally!

I think when Kabam catch the people cheating they should also reset the person(s) MVP and arena rounds on profile (if person caught cheating in arena) to zero so that officers/leader and spot the person in alliance who has been caught. They shouldn’t be able to participate at all in AW and arena not just limited period of time if that is the case.. as they will wait for the duration of time and more then likely go back to modding etc. As there’s no real penalty. This could also be a tell tale sign for other alliances when they try to join another. This would help all this mess going forward.

Better still anyone caught cheating in a an alliance not only has their account blocked but on the flare (the thing that shows you if they're online) it should have some sort of way of showing they're blocked - easily identifies the cheater for officers and leaders to boot them out @Kabam Miike

Pretty sure lots of people have told them this is an issue, but even when I PMed them about this issue a while ago all I got was a polite statement about understanding my concern. Kabam simply literally doesn't believe it is a problem to punish people in an alliance that didn't do anything wrong, and not tell them what the cause of that is. Their priorities are: 1) punish cheating, 2) protect the privacy of cheaters, 3) everything else. It should be 1) punish cheating, 2) inform players of why they are being punished so they can correct or avoid the problem, and 3) protect the privacy of cheaters so long as that doesn't interfere with (1) or (2).

Punishing players and not telling them precisely what the cause was, for behavior they did not even do and thus cannot be aware of, and giving them no way to correct or avoid the problem repeating itself, is simply untenable. But that's a value judgment not a law, and it is a value Kabam doesn't currently seem to possess.
