Are Featured Champs available in regular crystals?

So for instance 5* Sentinel is in the Featured 5* Crystal, is it also in the regular 5* Crystal?

Champs cycle into the basic crystals on their own schedule. I think Gulk will go into the basic crystal tonight. Then in two weeks then next champ (kill
Monger?) and so on and so forth.

Oooh so atm it is best to open 5* featured crystals considering Sentinel Killmonger etc are in the featured? Or are the options in basic 5* crystals still great?
