Yes, she is a WONDERFUL damage dealer. She does gain more utility when you dupe her, but she doesn't really require it.

She’ll be an even better beast when awakened.

So rank her up and max her out.

she is always good to have maxed out. her bleed and other abilities are awesome too. so yes!

She is goddess, but blade is a lot better, it's better waiting for him
But if your blade already r5, then yeah, it's good rank up
