Man, just say it was a "bug". KABAM introduced a bug that gave players access to an item in a way you didn't intend. This was a situation that you should have issued an update and then NOT TALKED ABOUT IT. Why even address this in forums if not to stir people up? Now you've waded into a mess you never needed to.

I agree. Whomever brought this to Kabam was an idiot.
You word this as though we did something wrong. You place an item in game that rejuvenates repeatedly upon the completion of each mission. It wasn't free. We had to spend to to farm the item and complete each run fully in order to continue. That's 3 runs before BUYING an energy refill. I would be surprised to see a money made/lost comparison that brought you out on the negative side here.
That's a lvl1 revive and the people farming them legitimatly are reviving 5*r3 or better champs with 23k+ hp. That's 350hp. We still have to go BUY the hp pots from the STORE to fill the champs hp bar and that's where you make the money.
I used to play Wow. I spent $20 a month to play for 3 years. I have spentore money on this game in a month than I did there for 3 years and you think that a lvl 1 revive or 30 lost you money from me? Go back to grad school and get a business degree or two. Just sad....
But just another way Kabam is trying to make you spend more money on the game. So greedy.

I’m “exploiting” Normal and Beginner EQ to get more dust. I’m also specifically choosing to run paths that have items like heal pots or revives on them because I find them useful in game.
Given the stated difficulty of those quests, they are intended for Summoners well below my level.

I'm not gonna scream even though I want to. Stop telling us you understand. You know exactly what you are doing when you do it. You are a company that makes millions every year. Stop beating around the Bush, and tell us you have no interest in fixing bugs that harm the players wallets.
I would also like to see Kabam staff reconsider recurrent behavior of labeling people as exploiters, when they are just playing their game as it was designed.
Haters are just a few but unfortunately they seem to be the major concern, the sooner we accept this, and focus on making the game better, the better our community is.
PS: personally I don’t think such revive should be there always, if the intent was to provide that always to game newbies then turn it a recurrent collector gift, expiring at some point with a bang hater like msg.
I am exploting the game for gold by playing the arena and using the arena points to get crystals that gives gold. When should I expect the crystal removal or a ban?
I already completed my "exploit" of Beginner and Normal last week going for the units and dust. I also choose the paths with the most items as I explore. Sometimes I even follow a path just long enough to get the item then quit <gasp! the humanity!>.
In a way, it's like Kabam is trying to ration out the items we collect in the game. There is a maximum quota allowed each day and anyone trying to gather more is "exploiting" the game. At this point, they might as well just eliminate all items from the quests and just issue daily item packages you collect through the log-in calendar. "Yay! It's Level 2 revive Wednesday! It's my favorite! Thanks Kabam!"
So mine comes as constructive criticism.. Of sorts.

Your announcement today has put such a bad taste in my mouth, that I'm seriously considering quitting.
We burn resources to grind quests to get resources, repeatedly. So much so, that it's almost pathetic. And now you've got the audacity to accuse your players of cheating by way of an "exploit"? Are you kidding me?
If I run any daily quest, I'm "guaranteed" a certain amount of frags.. every single time. That is absolutely no different than running a quest that guarantees another resource or boost.. if it's not labeled as a reward in the quest info, then shame on you.
You claim that the reward is "only supposed to be for new players" - Really? Wow! If that's true, and you are seriously speaking on behalf of the team, I'm disgusted. If it was a reward for new players only, then block it for ALL OTHERS! How is knowing that our responsibility?
You going to "consider" penalizing me for grinding a daily repeatedly for frags? Because I do that all the time! And I get em' every single time, frag after frag. I burn up the energy like a freak, grinding away.
So thanks for the horrible, petty, disgusting announcement. Way to be classy.

You should really double triple check your exclusive content/rewards areas more thoroughly.. Or label them as such. We'd hate to be accused of cheating when breaking some invisible rule.

If things change and actions are taken against players who utilized a decades-old MMO/RPG farming technique, hundred to thousands of players will receive consequences. Most notably, top level players who farmed 1.1.5 to help them explore Labyrinth of Legends.
So tell me,
Is running any of the daily quests over and over again because at the end you get some cat shards an exploit? (Cat farming)
Is running a map doing a couple of specific fights to gain xp points an exploit? (Xp Farming)
Is running the Monthly EQ Heroic quest over and over again for Completion event points an exploit? (Completion points Farming)
Because this what you are saying....

I’ve had 3 removed today and none were even vulgar or attacking. I’m surprised this thread hasn’t been deleted.
On a different note: the way you choose those words & implied that every player who farmed these revives is basically a cheater in your eyes, is a simple reminder for me that ftp is the only way to go in this game.
