    No, it's not hard. The problem is that there are less moderators than Beta testers, which is really saying something. The odds of getting a moderator response is a flat rate of 24. Figure it out.

    Not sure if this is your problem, but it's "Miike" not "Mike".

    Hey everyone! We are here and we have been reading through this thread. The current version is 13.1.1 have you all updated to that version yet? If you have and you are still experiencing an issue please post your device and OS version below. We'll get the information passes along to appropriate teams.

    Also Version 14 is slated to be released next week per our blog post and it is very possible that out Game Team may have already added additional fixes for log in issues as players have shared information with our teams already in this section of the forums as well as via the form provided by the Support Team. Sorry this has been so frustrating!

    The game was tolerable for about 3.5 weeks. Now it's the same game play issues (Lag, inability to evade or block and champs missing hits mid combo or dashing back after a Parry or mid combo).

    Please fix game play issues before you expand the effects of Challenger Rating.
