Small alliance looking to merge

We are a group of 6 friends who are looking for a new home. We’re hoping to merge with an other alliance, one that does Map 3/4 and does war on a regular basis. We are all over 100k rating and we’re looking for a chilled alliance who’s leader and officers recognise that we are adults who have work/study/families and can’t be on game 24/7.
