Looking for an active alliance who needs a strong player

Hi All,
Contact me on Line if interested: nzrankone
I am almost 2 weeks into the intermediate bracket, which means my account is 6 weeks old all up and at the moment I am mopping up all the 4 star heroes on offer in arenas (I did play over a year ago, and decided to start a new account when I started playing again).
I am pretty active in the daily events, and will always put up minimums needed. What I get frustrated with is where there are between 10-15 active players doing all the work, and the others getting a free ride - so I would like to become part of an established team who works well together.
I don't think running map 5 all week is something I could do. I have done map 5 on days 1 and 2, Map 4 on days 2 and 3 as well (including a mini-boss take down on map 4, day 3). So perhaps a mixture of maps 3 to 5 would suit.
I believe I am a strong player, and really want to be part of active alliance. I will grow fast
Below are some shots of my account, and recent activity:
