    Voodoo needs to be awakened to be any good.

    In the hands of an experienced player Dr. Voodoo might be the best overall hero in the entire game. A newbie can use his nullify/poison special 1 to do huge damage against 40 percent of the champs in the game, but it's using his power control and damage boosts from his special 2 that the top players use to beat bosses. The DR is much more effective when duped - SE SM is only a bit better.
