Kabam need to fix their game or give major compensation

  It's getting absolutely ridiculous and Kabam is not taking accountability for the issues. Daily outages merit at the very least accountability. We all know there's only one way they ever listen to our gripes

  Getting beyond a joke now I spent glory on revives and health for war yesterday for the game to go down mid fight and cost me the war, it's effecting so much the comp would be huge so they just brush it under the carpet as always

  First, I just want to let you know that we heard you guys, and are not ignoring this. There isn't too much we can say on the matter right now, other than we don't want to start conversations on how to rectify what you've missed out on due to Outages until we are 100% sure the root cause of them has been fixed, and we're sure that they won't occur any longer.
  
  We're currently taking steps to ensure that we fix this issue, and hope to have everything running as normal as soon as possible, and then we can make more educated decisions on how the issues have affected our players. We want to thank you all for your patience as we work to get this fixed, and really do appreciate it.
  
  Because we have covered this in a couple threads, I'm going to close this one down now, but that doesn't mean that we're not paying attention to this feedback.
