There is a countdown timer on the current quest. The next one begins when that hits zero. It’s not rocket surgery.

Or that’s been the general rule. Might be some overlap this time because Infinity War was such a large event.

Dammit, you made me question myself because that is when they said the update is coming out. But the change log says the quests don’t start until the 6th. So when the countdown timer hits zero.

Sorry, that's when the update comes out. The new event quest will start at the expiration of this month's event quest as it always has been.
