A member of my alliance was falsely accused of cheating. Instead of reaching out to the guy, asking what’s up, etc... Arena just shows up with only 1v1 option (what happens when partial ban)???? No email, no ingame msg??? He’s in Intermediate bracket where time is precious, and if resolved will be too little too late. Has this happened to anyone? How long for kabam resolution? Any payback after found kabam was wrong?

This process just seems wrong.

    If he was banned he wouldn't be able to log in at all.
