Which Champs are not in every tier?

I know there are some Champs that just have no 2* counterpart unless it is from a certain crystal or free 2* but I just want to know. (I know there are only a few 1*’s so please don’t mention those.

    I think it's a lot easier to mention which champs are in 2* as that's a much smaller list
