With 18.1 certain champions buffs have been converted to passives.
Symbiote spidey and Spidergwen etc.
If their buffs have become passive that can’t be nullified and wont trigger MD, surely it’s time that Dexterity gets a similar treatment.
The fact that dexterity is such a core and required game mechanic, it seems only fair that it becomes a passive to stop negative effects from nodes and abilities like MD, spite and buffet.

Yeah Dex should be passive,But the chances of this happening is lower than the whole Mcoc community opening 11 Gold pool crystals each and getting 5* gold pool in all of them
