  turn every thing that says 100% to 85% since she reduce 15% ability reduction in fights
  don't forget that block+parry+evade will trigger it, so this is not a solution!

  
  Ghost Rider has a higher than 100% chance to trigger, so that definitely helps.
  And blocking should only fail when your character has defensive abilities and they fail to trigger.

  Based on the text on her ability "Opponents take 753 Energy Damage over 1.5 second(s) whenever their abilities have a chance to trigger but don’t. Potency decreases temporarily for consecutive triggers." ,it seems that this is intended.
  
  Can it be annoying? Yea.
  Are there suitable counters? Of course.
  Will it prove to be a problematic node in AWD? We will find out
  Will her ability be nerfed fixed? Maybe, and possibly also depends on the answer to the previous qn
  Will rank down tickets be provided if she gets nerfed bug fixed? Improbable

  False. Just did this fight in Uncollected using the Trinity. Even the CHANCE to get a critical hit I lost health. The sp1, light combo, sp2 all landed. So did regen.
  
  But get this...even after you get the regen to work: each hit you attempt to regen, causes you to degen. Thaaaaaat **** was ridiculous. I already enabled regen! There isn't a CHANCE for it to work after that, it just WORKS! Ridiculous.
