Just pulled him out of a premium, i saw his abilities power lock, heal block and armor.
I don't quite understand on how to trigger his power lock and heal block by reading his description.

And is he worth ranking up?

    I'm a huge fan of his, it's best to look up some videos on him though as an explanation can get rather lengthy.
