This happens from time to time. Mostly to my own power bar, but this is an alliance member in AW encountering bar power display issues on a defender

    Happens to me all the time. Especially after I use GR's SP3.

    It’s been happening everywhere but so long as it’s not harmful I’d rather other bugs fixed over a slight graphic error

    I made as thread about this weeks ago and I was unable to actually use a special but it got brushed off as a visual bug.
