So, reading these two, why doesn't Ultron absorb half the damage done when landing physical attacks??

    If you are talking about static shock, that isn't consider an attack. Therefore, he doesn't regen from it

    @will-o-wisp is correct. Ultron converts X% of damage received from an Energy-based Attack into Power and Health. The keyword there being "attack". Electro's Static Shock is not an attack, so it does not get converted.

    Ah that seems lame, should be one way to get around the shock, but oh well

    You can avoid static shock by reducing electro's defensive ability accuracy

    Yeah there's plenty of good skill champions for that, such as Elektra or Crossbones.
